Mac OS User Tabbing
For Mac OS users, there is a system setting that may not allow you to tab onto several types of elements in a web page. To change this setting:
Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:
Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.
Additional settings for Safari Browser.
Open Safari Preferences:
Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.
We are gearing up for this school year's Science Fair. We can't wait to see all the wonderful experiments this year. Science Fair packets were sent home in this week's Tuesday Folders. Please contact your child's teacher for more information if needed. We will also have a Science Fair Academy on January 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. All science fair projects are due by January 22, 2025. The school science fair will be held on January 24, 2025. Our Science Fair is open to 1st-6th grade, but mandatory for grades 3rd-6th. Science Fair boards will be provided and will be sent home in January. Students in grades 1st-6th that place 1st, 2nd or 3rd in their category, will have an opportunity to represent Pineville at the Regional Science Fair.
